Deliver Us From Evil

Why am I writing a book on such a subject? Unfortunately, there is such little understanding of the pitfalls, traps, snares of the evil one, the way he tries to lure us into his hell, and the danger involved, that it is important for it to be exposed.
We all know the first commandment in Deuteronomy 5: 6-7 “I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.You shall have no other gods before me.”
The Lord God brought us out of bondage and commanded us not to have other gods before him, for he alone is God. The evil one, on the other hand, wants to be worshipped as God, instead of God, and wants to take us back into the bondage of his hell.
I hope that this book will help to expose some elements of his workings for us to be aware and to be careful, not only for ourselves, but for our families and friends. We are not being overly cautious or selective, but we must be vigilant and truly conscious of the workings of the evil one and his pitfalls. God bless you – Susan
SUSAN FARRUGIA, herself a theologian with vast experience on the matter, gives us in her recent book “Deliver Us From Evil” a compendium of sound doctrine about Satan. The devil, and not simply evil, is there roaming like a roaring lion, attacking, oppressing, disturbing, possessing God’s children. It is a clear battle between the Kingdom of Jesus and the dominion of Satan.
From a pastoral point of view, I consider this book as a good eye-opener to many who are skeptical about the existence of the devil.
