This publication which is made up of a collection 100 ‘instructions’ is meant to be a course to help the reader attain the attitude of despising all that is worldly while appreciating spiritual values. Throughout the book Christ, as the teacher, is imagined to be the speaker instructing the reader. As it is intended to be used as a book for meditation, it is suggested that no more than one ‘Instruction is read each day.
